About Our Shipping Logistics

Every Fuji protocol leaves a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy partner located in the United States. Compounded peptides are not stocked in a fulfillment warehouse. Each vial was compounded for you after a licensed clinician reviewed your intake and signed a written prescription. That gating step is what makes the shipping timeline look different from a standard e-commerce order. The rest of this page explains the mechanics that follow.

If a question here is not answered, write to [email protected]. The shipping team triages those messages separately from general support so logistics issues resolve faster.

When Your Protocol Ships

Your order date is not your ship date. The ship clock starts after a clinician approves your protocol, not at checkout. After approval, the pharmacy schedules compounding, performs QC, prepares cold-chain packaging, and books carrier pickup. Expect your shipment to leave the pharmacy within 5 to 7 business days of clinician approval.

Notes on that window:

  • Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays.
  • Pharmacies do not ship cold-chain product on Fridays unless the destination zip can receive Saturday delivery, because a weekend in a carrier hub is a cold-chain risk we will not take.
  • Refill cycles ship on a rolling schedule tied to your protocol cadence, not to your original order date.
  • If you have not received tracking by end of business day 7 after your approval email, reach out.

Cold-Chain and Packaging

Most peptide compounds require refrigerated handling at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius from the cleanroom to your refrigerator. To hold that window, the pharmacy uses an insulated shipper validated for overnight transit, conditioned gel packs sized to route and season, and a single-use temperature indicator placed against the product. The outer carton is plain corrugate with no medical branding.

Inside the box: your vials, a protocol instructions card, syringes or other ancillaries included in your plan, and a QC card from the pharmacy. Open your package the day it arrives and move refrigerated items into your fridge within an hour. The cold mass is calibrated for the route, not for a parked package sitting on a porch all afternoon.

A note on the temperature indicator: a small color change is normal and reflects brief swings inside the shipper. A fully tripped indicator is rare and is your cue to stop, photograph it before unpacking further, and contact [email protected]. We will replace the protocol at no cost.

Shipping Carriers and Methods

Fuji uses two carriers, both at their highest overnight service tier:

  • UPS Next Day Air
  • FedEx Priority Overnight

Carrier selection is route-driven. The pharmacy picks whichever carrier offers the most reliable next-business-day delivery to your zip code based on hub performance, weather, and recent service data. There is no slower or cheaper option. Ground shipping is incompatible with cold-chain integrity for this product class.

Tracking and Notifications

When the carrier accepts your package at the pharmacy dock, you receive an email with the tracking number, carrier, scheduled delivery date, and a link to manage delivery preferences. If you opted in to SMS at checkout, you also receive a text when the label is generated, out for delivery, and delivered.

Tracking updates can lag the physical package by several hours, especially at first scan and out-for-delivery. If the tracking page looks stale but your delivery date is today, the package is almost always already on the truck.

Signature on Delivery

All Fuji shipments require adult signature confirmation. The recipient must be 21 or older, must present ID if the driver requests it, and must sign for the package. This applies to every order, not only Schedule III or IV compounds where signature is a regulatory requirement.

Carriers will not leave the package at the door, with a neighbor, or in a parcel locker. If no one is home, the carrier leaves a notice and attempts redelivery the next business day. After one missed redelivery, see Failed Delivery below.

If you know you will not be home, you have two good options:

  • Use the carrier's hold-at-location service to redirect the package to a UPS or FedEx pickup point.
  • Ship to a workplace where an adult is present during business hours, provided the change is requested before the protocol ships (see Address Changes).

Where We Ship

Fuji currently ships to the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, or other US territories because reliable cold-chain overnight service is not consistently available for compounded medication.

State availability is tied to the 503A pharmacy partner's licensure and to state-level rules governing compounded peptide telehealth. Some states are currently excluded.

Excluded states list: The current list is set by our 503A pharmacy partner's active state licensure and applicable telehealth rules. The intake flow validates your shipping state against the active list before any charge; the finalized public list is confirmed at launch.

The intake flow checks your shipping zip against the active list before charging you. If your state is added or removed after you sign up, you will be notified directly.

Addresses we cannot ship to under any circumstance:

  • PO Boxes (signature requirement cannot be satisfied)
  • APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses
  • Freight forwarders and reshipping services
  • International destinations

Using a freight forwarder violates our terms and may cause your subscription to be canceled without refund for the impacted cycle.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is included in your subscription. No separate line item for cold-chain handling, no overnight surcharge, no fuel adjustment at billing. The price quoted at checkout is the all-in cost of your protocol delivered to your door inside the supported service area.

One narrow exception: if a package is returned to the pharmacy after repeated failed delivery attempts and you ask us to ship it again to a new address, the second shipment may incur a re-ship fee that we quote in writing before charging. The first redelivery attempt by the carrier on a missed signature is always free.

Delivery Timeframes

From the pharmacy dock, expect delivery within 1 to 2 business days for routes inside the carrier's next-day overnight zone. Some remote zip codes fall into a 2-day overnight zone where the package moves on overnight service but takes one extra day. Your tracking page shows the carrier's committed date once the label is scanned.

A typical new-patient timeline:

  • Day 0: intake completed and paid.
  • Day 1 to 3: clinician reviews and writes prescription.
  • Day 3 to 10: pharmacy compounds, QCs, and ships.
  • Day 4 to 12: package arrives.

Refill cycles are faster because the prescription is on file and shipping runs on a calendar.

If Something Goes Wrong

Damaged on Arrival

Inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If the outer carton is crushed, the cold-chain shipper is compromised, the temperature indicator has tripped, a vial is cracked, or the seal on a vial is broken, photograph everything before unpacking further and email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include the order number, tracking number, and photos. We will arrange a replacement at no cost and coordinate carrier claims on our side. Do not inject from a vial you suspect is compromised.

Lost in Transit

If tracking shows the package was delivered but it is not at your door, first check around the entry, with neighbors, with a building concierge, and with anyone else who may have signed. Carriers occasionally mis-scan a delivery to a nearby address. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will open a carrier trace and ship a replacement at no cost if the package is not recovered.

Failed Delivery

If no one was available to sign, the carrier leaves a notice and attempts redelivery the next business day. After the second missed attempt, the carrier holds the package at a local pickup point for a short window, typically 5 business days, and then returns it to the pharmacy. We monitor returns and the pharmacy will contact you to confirm a new delivery plan. A second shipment to a different address may incur a re-ship fee as noted above.

Address Changes

Update your shipping address in your account dashboard at least 24 hours before your next scheduled ship date. Changes made after the pharmacy generates a label cannot be honored, and changes made after pickup must go through the carrier's address-correction process (24 to 48 hours; carrier fee may apply).

The new address must satisfy every rule on this page: supported state, residential or business street address that can accept a signature, no PO Boxes, no freight forwarders.

Vacation Holds

If you are traveling and do not want a package sitting at your home, contact [email protected] at least 48 hours before your next scheduled ship date and tell us when you would like the cycle to resume. We shift your shipping calendar without disrupting your clinical schedule, so your protocol stays on its prescribed cadence after the hold ends.

For shorter trips, redirecting the package to a UPS or FedEx pickup point near where you will be is often easier than holding the entire cycle.

Subscription Changes That Affect a Shipment

Timing matters when you cancel or pause:

  • Before the cycle ships: If you cancel or pause before the pharmacy generates a label, you are not charged for that cycle and nothing ships.
  • After the cycle ships: If the cycle has shipped when you cancel, that cycle is yours to keep and the cancellation takes effect for the next scheduled cycle. We do not recall in-flight shipments and we do not refund compounded medication that has left the pharmacy, because by state pharmacy law that product cannot be returned to inventory or re-dispensed.
  • Pausing mid-cycle: A pause skips the next scheduled cycle. Resume by reactivating in your account before the cutoff for the cycle you want.

Storage and Use on Receipt

Move refrigerated items into your home refrigerator within an hour of delivery and store at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius, away from the freezer and the door (where temperatures swing the most). Keep vials upright. Do not freeze. Do not store reconstituted product longer than the window printed on your protocol card.

Your protocol card walks through reconstitution, draw volume, injection guidance, sharps disposal, and missed-dose handling. Read the card before your first dose even if you have used a similar protocol before, because compounding strengths can vary and the math on the card is specific to the vial in front of you. If anything is unclear, message your clinician through the patient portal before injecting.

Customs, State Borders, and Inspection

Because Fuji ships only within the US, customs does not apply. State-line inspection of carrier vehicles is rare and limited to commercial-cargo enforcement that does not single out individual parcels. When a shipment is delayed by inspection at a state line or carrier hub, the delay is usually under a day, the carrier updates tracking, and we treat the package the same as any other late shipment under the policies above.
